The annual ‘Made in Pondy’ exhibition showcases the best of what is handmade and handcrafted in Pondicherry.

March 2: Saturday: 10 am – 7 pm

March 3 Sunday 10 am – 1 pm

This year the’ Made in Pondy’ exhibition is a capsule edition featuring  handprinted shirts, handcrafted leather, Golden Bridge pottery, wood craft, mats, baskets and terracotta works by Padmashri Villianur Munusamy that will be displayed on the ground floor of La Maison de Bitasta.

Creole savouries and bakes by Smackalicious would also be sold at the venue.

About the Venue 

La Maison Bitasta on 14, Rue Bazaar Saint Laurent has been rebuilt to resemble a French colonial house with inputs from INTACH that worked on the facade etc. The house was designed with an eye on maintaining the pre-existing streetscape in the area.
